FinThrive is looking for an experienced and metrics-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The right candidate is a customer-centric innovator to curate sustainable long-term digital strategies that grow the business and position FinThrive as a leader in the competitive landscape.
This position is an integral part of a dynamic Brand, Digital and Marketing Communications team, evaluating digital channels and mapping out strategic opportunities, always aspiring to improve and optimize the customer experience. This role supports brand experience marketing initiatives and owns digital strategy in its entirety – from content syndication and advertising to paid media and search engine marketing.
The ideal candidate has B2B experience and a demonstrated history of creating top-notch digital experiences and actionable plans that generates conversions. For this position, you should have in-depth knowledge how digital marketing interactions fit into broader customer experiences.
What you will do
- Set digital marketing strategies across all necessary platforms and owned property (website, social media, etc.)
- Leverage digital touch points to convert audiences that show expression of interest
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizing user funnels
- Use Google Analytics to understand multiple audiences and generate reports that reveal descriptive, behavioral, interaction and attitudinal data that will drive strategy, collaborating and informing brand team of persona findings
- Develop and scale awareness in content syndication
- Implement targeting tools on social media and pay-per-click campaigns
- Deploy digital analytics and optimization strategy across all channels to identify opportunities for improvement through data-driven insights and tracking against KPIs
- Analyze web traffic metrics and implement strategies to boost web presence
- Build brand awareness and authority through user engagement
- Implement and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic site traffic and identify PPC opportunities on SERPs
- Liaise with Brand Manager, Content Manager, Corporate Events and Creative Services to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
- Identify digital advertising needs and opportunities
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related concentration
- 5+ years relevant digital marketing strategy experience in a performance-driven marketing organization
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Expert level knowledge of SEO/SEM
- Solid knowledge and direct experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Healthcare, data or risk/fraud solutions background

Pay: $63,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
