The Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and work with other direct and cross-functional team members to implement integrated and comprehensive e-merchandising solutions, digital marketing campaigns, and digital programs necessary to achieve sales, profitability and other business objectives.
We operate in a hybrid work environment that offers two remote days per week.
You Will...
- Develop fully integrated digital marketing campaigns that including paid, search, email/marketing automation and social for Fellowes Brands business units that support our overall business, marketing and digital strategies
- Prepare digital marketing briefs that clearly communicate the goals of the programs, key audience segments and measures of success
- Ensures a best-in-class user experience and compelling digital storytelling for our product categories and related products for our websites
- Work with team members to ensure visuals and content amplifies digital marketing messages, clearly conveys the brand promise and product value proposition and conforms to our digital playbook of best practices
- Partner with the creative team to develop digital content that maximizes the performance of our digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate on the execution of our B2B digital marketing and merchandising strategies that help drive MQLs, SQLs and “won business”
- Help develop and ensure the implementation and adherence to e-merchandising best practices to drive conversion of Fellowes products on our partner websites
- Work with others on the execution of our e-tail digital marketing and merchandising strategies and campaigns that help drive profitable sales of our products through partner online channels
- Use analytics data to report on success of digital marketing programs and identify ways to improve the performance of our digital programs
What You Bring to the Team
- 5+ years of experience with e-merchandising and developing B2B and B2C Digital Marketing campaigns
- Fluent in digital technologies and marketing best practices, including those relating to e-commerce, mobile, social, search, and email/marketing automation
- Solid understanding of branding and key marketing concepts
- Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and creative teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to continue to learn and grow professionally
- Experience working for an internal agency/center of excellence or an external agency
- High proficiency with web analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with the business product and contract furniture channels is a plus
