Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator assists with all digital marketing initiatives to ensure performance marketing efforts are planned and launched seamlessly. The Coordinator assists Digital, Brand and Social Media marketing team members with key initiatives so that new campaigns and/or product launches are launched on time and with optimized results. This position plays a key role in helping Evolve Med Spa drive new and repeat customer appointments.
This role is expected to spend at least 1 day per week inside a nearby clinic ( NJ Clinics)
. Key responsibilities:
- Lead the process for optimizing all before & after content (e.g. cropping, verifying consent forms, uploading, watermarking, tagging, etc.) such that it is ready for marketing use and key stakeholders are notified of its existence.
- Partner with Manager of Digital to execute against the monthly promotional email strategy and to assist with website maintenance and improvement roadmap. Track performance of each email in terms of # sent, open rate and click-thru rate.
- Maintain and optimize all Google My Business profiles for existing and new clinics; participate in SEO agency calls and assist with any opportunities to strengthen SEO.
- Assist with social media content capture for nearby clinic(s); Act as point person and assist as needed for any influencer, Event or PR activation.
- Manage the repository of digital assets so that team members can locate and leverage photos in their marketing.
- Develop creative assets as needed for Marketing team members such as flyers, invites or social media assets.
- Assist with other tasks as they arise.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience that demonstrates strong project management and coordination of digital marketing initiatives or campaigns.
- Preference for experience working for a multi-location retailer or clinic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format.
- Digitally savvy and accustomed to launching digital marketing campaigns across email, social, website; Wordpress knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to use marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Email platforms, etc.
