Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of our digital marketing campaigns to increase our online presence and improve customer engagement. The Digital Marketing Associate will work with the Project Manager and Brand Manager to create effective campaigns that are aligned with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click advertising (PPC).

· Collaborate with the Project Manager and Brand Manager to create digital marketing strategies that align with our brand’s marketing objectives.

· Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure digital marketing campaigns are integrated with other initiatives.

· Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on email marketing, social media, and PPC platforms such as Google Ads.

· Conduct market research to identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

· Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of all digital marketing assets.

· Work closely with the team to develop and execute engaging and compelling digital content.

· Maintain and update the company website and social media pages with current and engaging content.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· 1-3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role.

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO, and PPC.

· Experience creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with a team or independently.

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

· Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and email marketing platforms.

· Experience with WordPress and HTML/CSS a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
