JOB CONTENT:

Responsible for delivering effective, visually appealing, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for email campaigns, email templates, and social media. Collaborates with colleagues to conceive content for stamp-collecting videos that give collectors interesting stamp history and valuable how-to guides. Records, edits, and uploads videos.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conceive and design email campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies
• Conceive, design, and manage triggered email programs that provide personalized marketing messages to groups of customers.
• Works with colleagues to conceive promotional and informational videos that provide collectors with valuable content.
• Self-sufficiently records videos, edits videos using Adobe Premier or equivalent software, and uploads videos to internet.
• Creativity to test new ideas and continuously improve sales; collect data and report on results on-demand/monthly
• Continually optimize customers’ email and online experience; assist in planning website and email strategy
• Meets deadlines and quality standards within budgetary limits
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by management

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent in graphic/web design or digital marketing
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Graphic Design field
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience

SKILLS:

• Good communications skills to interact with other people in various jobs
• Strong knowledge of direct response marketing fundamentals, including copy, graphics, web design, and print production
• Proficient HTML design skills
• Baseline knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere
• Baseline knowledge of backend web systems/CMS a plus (e.g. Wordpress)
• Mac Pro proficient
• Email marketing software experience a plus
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Optimize a plus
• Strong detail orientation
• Good organizational skills
• Must work well as a member of a team
• High degree of creativity and innovation
• Desire to serve the needs of customers, both internal and external
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,265.60 per year
