Our growing healthcare start up is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded marketer to launch new market campaigns on social and google platforms and run point on all advertising collateral and digital campaigns for new therapy clinics.

Our company works with children with autism and is expanding into new locations quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Developing a digital plan for going into a new market, implementing that plan, and analyzing results to improve future launches
• Launch and manage all digital marketing campaigns for new market locations at a fast pace
• Conduct daily review and modifications to ongoing digital campaigns
• Create graphics and images for new market advertising
• Set Up, Execution, and Tracking of Facebook and Instagram campaigns, Google Analytics and Ads
• Utilize WordPress to create new location pages on our website
• Keep up with new technologies as needed to ensure ongoing competitiveness
• Work in the CRM system to track launch results and report to leadership

Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing field
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Broad range of experience across multiple aspects of online marketing (paid, social, SEO, etc.)
• Experience with paid campaigns across different platforms (Google AdWords, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). Ability to measure the effectiveness of campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
• Experimental, open to trying and exploring new avenues to accomplish our goals.
• Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically. Data driven mindset and experience leveraging analytics to help make decisions on how to best leverage our resources across marketing.
• Deadline oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams at once. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Thirst for learning and interested in building a business…not just a job.
• Good aesthetic eye towards design a plus.
