As a Dialysis RN, you will be part of a team that ensures the highest level of care for our patients.
Some responsibilities include:
- Checking and recording patients' vitals before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Ensure that hemodialysis treatments are administered to patients correctly
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment to identify any adverse reactions
- Prepare and update nurse care plans
- Promptly notify the appropriate medical practitioner of any problems that occur during dialysis treatments
- Work with the dialysis technicians to ensure that dialysis machines and equipment are set up correctly
- Educate patients on dialysis treatment option, kidney disease management, as well as suitable nutrition and exercise plans.
Requirements:
- Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey
- COVID-19 vaccination is required
