JOB SUMMARY:
The DEXIS IOS Commercial Operations Manager works directly with the IOS and OpCo Commercial Sales Leadership and sales force teams. The focus of this role is to provide management of key tools and programs that drive the key initiatives and goals across the sales teams of the IOS Business.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall responsibility for the regions IOS Commercial Operational health and effectiveness of revenue generating processes. This means, partnering with the Commercial Sales Channels, Operations and Customer Service Leadership to ensure appropriate KPI’s are defined and executing to Targets.
- Partner with Commercial Sales and Marketing to identify areas for revenue growth and productivity increase via new or modified existing process. Process examples include but not limited to customer segmentation, lead generation and qualification, funnel management and Lead to Order.
- Partner with the IOS Commercial Leader on facilitating the regions periodic Funnel Report Out for the IOS and OpCo business.
- Partner with the Commercial Leader on facilitating the regions periodic Sales Estimate Consolidation & Submission.
- Lead the development of new or revisions of existing standardized commercial processes for Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives and any overall sales effectiveness of the IOS Business.
- Responsible for Channel Partner Onboarding, by partnering with other functions ensure the appropriate onboarding activities are completed, ranging from System Setup, Contract Management, Compliance Due Diligence, Education and Periodic Business Reviews of Performance.
- Partner with the Product Management Team to manage the execution of the regions Channel Pricing and Promotions, from Inception, Implementation, Deployment and Retirement.
- Assume Point of Contact for any Customer Experience escalations that require triaging, including Root Cause Management and mitigating controls implementation.
- Partner with the Senior Director Commercial Ops and Global Sales Enablement Analyst on all aspects of sales force tools and associated processes driving compliance in adoption and utilization. Includes, but not limited to MS Dynamics (CRM) and ShowPad.
- Partnering with the Global Business Intelligence Analyst and the Sales Enablement Analysis oversee sales report development and associated training for the field as it relates to Sales Effectiveness and Performance reporting.
- Seek out opportunities to Co-travel with Channel Sales to acquire knowledge of ways to improve processes or access to information.
- Assist in the development of training improvement programs with the Global Sales Enablement Analyst by evaluating the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, web-based training/online module building, sales training, workshops, and field training.
- Oversee various commercial ops projects as needed.
- Play a contributor role in future product commercialization in supporting the product life cycle management.
- Participates in voice of the customer events, trade shows and sales promotions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
- 3+ years of Global Sales Support experience of technical products.
- 3+ years of experience with segmentation, positioning, pricing, and new product development practices required.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA preferred.
- Global Sales Support experience with imaging products preferred.
- Experience with products in medical device, dental equipment, or other FDA regulated businesses preferred.
