JOB SUMMARY:
The DEXIS Director, Corporate Accounts-Intraoral Scanner (IOS) is responsible for maintaining the relationship and driving the entire IOS product portfolio between assigned dental distributors, strategic partners, labs and the various internal Envista operating companies. The position has close collaboration between multiple departments ranging from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Inventory Management/Supply Chain, Product/Category Management, and Customer Care to ensure proper execution within assigned distribution channel. The Director, Corporate Accounts-IOS serves as the primary contact for the client, which emphasizes the need for both excellent customer skills and a thorough knowledge of all facets of the business. The day-to-day primary responsibility is to drive revenue and incremental growth by proactively managing relationships.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Business development opportunities for the IOS Business Unit including distribution agreements, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships and relationships.
- Ability to aggressively lead new business opportunities, RFP’s, Pilots, and close business in assigned product portfolio within a time-sensitive sales cycle.
- While following established strategies, the Director, Corporate Accounts is responsible for sales target performance within assigned channel and will work closely with both IOS commercial leadership and Sales & Applications Specialists to achieve and surpass established profitable annual sales goals and market expansion.
- In coordination with corporate channel stakeholders, the Director, Corporate Accounts leads and actively participates in the negotiation process customers.
- Serving as the IOS primary point-of-contact for assigned distribution channel.
- Responsible for the execution of corporate strategy and tactical execution to achieve sales targets.
- The Director, Corporate Accounts IOS will be expected to leverage their experience and influence to direct field-based resources to implement multiple programs in order to achieve sales objectives.
- Support the growth of sales channels across all key market segments to achieve business objectives and market expansion.
- Support marketing objectives and execution of programs (study clubs, trainings, business reviews, presentations, etc.)
- Attend trade shows and workshops for the promotion of DEXIS IOS when necessary.
- The ability to clearly and appropriately convey and present information using the IMPACT based sales model. Actively listen and ask thoughtful questions to fully understand others’ needs and perspectives. Deliver presentations that focus on the needs of the audience and solicits a desired action and success.
- The ability to understand, analyze, interpret both qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of sources. Use the appropriate methodologies to predict, develop and answer key business questions, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions.
- Gaining a deep understanding of our distributors’ goals, objectives, and strategies. Develop Sales and Marketing programs with our distributors that support growth targets for both organizations via the use of strategic business/action plan for each account.
Job Requirements:
- 4-year college degree with an emphasis in Business/Marketing/Advertising.
- 3+ years working within the dental market with channel partner experience.
- 5+ years digital dental experience is preferred; we will consider equivalent experience in an alternate role within the dental field
- Travel Requirement: ability to travel up to 50%, domestically.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience from the dental industry/healthcare or with imaging products is considered an advantage.
- Dental IOS sales and support experience is a plus.
- Past success in IOS sales, support, and training is preferred.
- Experience in a team sales environment.
- Familiar with EBS tools (Kaizens, PSP, Growth room, PSI).
- Adept problem solver and able to leverage circumstances.
- Experience using marketing activities to drive results.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
