Provide End User Desktop Support while striving to exceed and meet SLAs
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
Work in a plant environment and adhere to working safely.
Collaborate and contribute in team meetings and chats to find best practices and solutions to issues and problems.
Knowledge in working with Service Now helpful but not required.
Knowledge with DELL hardware laptops and desktops.
Keeping track of on-site inventory.
Trouble shoot and support iPhone and iPad, printers.
Able to be a self-starter, work independently unsupervised and team player.
Support O365 and Windows 10
Provision VOIP phones with Cisco Call Manager
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- end user support: 3 years (Preferred)
- Cisco routers: 3 years (Preferred)
- Windows: 3 years (Preferred)
