This position is for a Deputy Program Manager. You will be working closely with a talented team of engineers to create and deliver software products. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with Program Management and other Leaders to help shape growth at Stratagem.

Salary Information
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $100,000 to $185,000; however, Stratagem considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Requirements:Our ideal candidate is a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance that has 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering mission critical software platforms to IC or DoD customers.
Required skills:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 5+ years’ experience in Project Management or related field
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-project activities
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen
- Effectively led briefings for customer and government representatives
- Experience managing and delivering CDRLs
Desired Skills (bonus points)
- Experience with Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus and Time and Materials contracts
- Program Management Professional (PMP)
- CAM (Control Account Manager) experience
- Background and/or experience as a software developer
- Experience leading Agile programs and/or projects
- Experience with NSIS and delivering software products to Government sites
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience with DCMA 14-point Schedule Assessment
