We are seeking a Deployment Technician to join our MSP team. Using your strong attention to detail and communication skills, you will inventory, image, and enroll iPads and laptops into Microsoft 365 via Intune, as well as shipping and receiving devices for end users in a timely fashion.

In this position, you will:

• Inventory and maintain accurate records of hardware assets.
• Image and enroll iPads and laptops into Microsoft 365 via Intune.
• Deploy hardware and software to end users in a timely fashion.
• Provide technical support to end users as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective deployment of systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software.
• Perform system updates and upgrades as needed.
• Test and evaluate new hardware and software products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Education & Experience:

• Proven experience in systems deployment and support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule/Travel:

• Standard Meriplex business hours of Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Additional hours occasionally required.

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Physical Demands:

Sedentary Work – Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
