We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the position of Denture Manager to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky.

*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continued employment.*

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

• Manage the efficient production of all removable prosthetic processes
• Control all in-process laboratory quality assurance standards. Provide training to technicians as needed to meet desired standards
• Assist the teams in accomplishing daily production goals and department sales goals
• Manage the on-time processing of complete prostheses according to production schedule and doctor’s due date.
• Utilize computer system for case scheduling and production controls
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• 5+ years minimum of dental lab experience in the Denture department
• Start-to-finish proficiency in dentures required
• Thorough understanding of morphology and functional design required
• Ability to read and follow directions on doctors’ prescriptions
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet laboratory demands required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
