We are seeking a Dentist who shares our mission in a welcoming and collaborative office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing quality dental care and have a strong commitment to oral hygiene and preventive dental care. The right candidate will also be committed to communications and team building and support, willing to embrace new technology, embrace change, willing to treat children, and be an advocate for oral health.

Benefits:

  • $187K-$210K Guaranteed Annual Salary (paid holidays and PTO)
  • Plus 25-34% Production
  • Can earn up to $500K per year

  • $100K signing bonus and benefits. Cash out or use portion to pay for moving expenses, CE, license, mpi, and other professional expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Exams, preventative, restorative, pulpotomy, prefab stainless steel and zirconia crowns, simple extractions, space maintainers, and other dental procedures for our pediatric population.
  • Patient management techniques
  • Atraumatic Restorative Treatment (ART) and Silver Modified ART (SMART)RCT, crowns, bridges, dentures, and surgical extraction of our adult patients.
  • Interdisciplinary care involving anesthesiology, orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics and oral surgery.
  • Communicate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members.
  • Evaluate the work of employees working under the dentist's supervision.
  • Service 8+ treament patients and additional exam patients in between per day.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from accredited U.S. dental school
  • CA Dental License
  • Mal-practice insurance
  • NPI
  • DEA permit
  • CPR

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $750.00 - $2,000.00 per day
