Dental Receptionist
We are looking to hire a dental receptionist with excellent organizational and administrative skills for an established dental office. We have been serving the Malden community for over 14 years. Dental receptionists are expected to be compassionate and discrete with good time management and record-keeping skills. To ensure success, dental receptionists should be confident and professional administrators with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills that will contribute to the efficient day-to-day administration of the dental facility. Top candidates will work comfortably while multi-tasking in a fast-paced friendly environment. No direct dental experience necessary, we will train you for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
- Professionally assist doctors, staff and patients.
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of doctors, staff, and patient information.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities.
- Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in any of the following roles: Receptionist, Client Facing, Hospitality, Banking, etc..
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
- Passionate about healthcare excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
