We are seeking a particular person who is multi-talented and can help our practice and patients at the front desk. We strive to provide outstanding dental care and want to make sure we are also providing exceptional customer service when our patients call or enter the building. This person should be able to roll out the red carpet for patients!
The person who is selected for this opportunity will be able to:
- Communicate effectively about dental treatment and handle various patient questions
- Work with various dental insurance plans
- Make financial arrangements for patients
- Schedule patients in a productive and effective manner
- Make patients feel welcome in our dental family
Requirements:
- Trustworthy, Compassionate, and Integrity
- Sharp and a quick learner who can retain information
- Is a warm, friendly person who gets along well with all kinds of people.
- Enjoys working with a skilled dentist and other team members
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Is a hard worker with excellent communication skills
- Very computer literate
- Previous Dental Front Desk and Dental Assisting experience is preferred but not required.
- Willing to learn and remain teachable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
