Summit Dental is seeking a hardworking and friendly Dental Patient Coordinator to join our amazing team in Ruidoso, NM! The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and be comfortable scheduling appointments, discussing insurance and treatment plans as well as collections. Previous front office and healthcare/dentistry experience preferred but not required.
Your daily responsibilities will include the following:
- Scheduling patients for treatment and reaching practice scheduling goals
- Maintain a full schedule daily
- Answering and returning phone calls (multiple lines)
- Presenting treatment and financial plans in a way patients understand
- Utilizing Dentrix practice management system
- Maintain accurate and complete records for all patients
- Collecting payment
-Outstanding and Aging Reports
-Pre-Authorizaitons
-Verifying insurances
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
