Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for a detail oriented Dental Lab Articulator to join our team in our Philadelphia, PA location. We provide Dental implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.

Role:
This position is responsible for their assigned work. The assigned work would be to do
articulations as needed, scan surgeries, make models, bite blocks, pickup and take cases, and
everything related to the labor of a dental technician.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and live our company values
• Arrive to work at the scheduled time (If any issues arise, give 6 hours of advance notice or more

to allow for the Supervisor to find a replacement). Failure to do so will result in a written
warning.

• Flexibility with work schedule.
• Review the schedule and familiarize yourself with your assigned cases for the day to prevent any

confusion (time, patient name, location, and pictures).

• Examine the work that is given and ensure that it is in adequate condition to finalize, verify bars,

PMMA, Zirconia, tissue, models, bites, and changes.

• Maintain great communication with Central lab, and the clinic.
• Train new SML MKRs when necessary.
• Maintain a clean workstation, shared spaces including kitchen, break room, and bathrooms.
• Be willing to lift weight (nothing excessive, build, organize, and open boxes that may include

chairs, tables, work tools, etc.

• Use the proper work tools and safety equipment to properly conduct your work. Safety is always

first.

• Finish work on or before the assigned time.
• Manage time efficiently and know when to prioritize cases.
• Preserve the life of work tools and equipment.
• Respect your fellow SML MKRs and Supervisors.
• Telephone usage to be limited to lunch break. No use of the phone during work hours.
• Attend meetings, courses, and be open to learn more.

Results:
Maintain a good average of cases worked. Finish all the articulations that you are
presented for the day with your amazing skills. If that average exceeds the limits,
you would be helping your personal growth as well as the companies.

Requirements:

• Work in the laboratory during your 8 hours but understand that overtime might be needed to

improve and reach an excellent quality of work.
Keep an openness for learning, and to be able to implement what is learned into your work.Ability to work within integrity and provide the best experience for our patients

• Be able to work independently, but also on a team.
• Work to enjoy the fact that each day you get to come to work and help people change their own

lives!
