Dental Assistant full-time: Seeking a motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join a growing, family and cosmetic dental practice in Fishersville in Augusta County (approx. 30 min. west of Charlottesville or 30 min. south of Harrisonburg). Our website is augusta.dental. Private practice dental assisting experience or completion of a dental assisting training program required. X-ray certification also required. Our office has 4 operatories, 2 full-time dental hygienists, 2 full-time front office staff, and 2 full-time dental assistants. This job offering is for one of the two dental assistant positions. Hours are Mon. - Thurs., 7:45 - 5:00 with lunch from 1:00 - 2:00 (approx. 33 hrs. / wk.). Compensation is $18 - $25 per hour based on experience. Benefits include monthly office production and collections bonuses, up to 5 weeks of paid personal time off and holidays, paid sick days, health insurance, and retirement plan with matching.
