POSITION TITLE: Demand Planner
LOCATION: Yakima / Selah area
REPORTS TO: Supply Chain Manager
SALARY RANGE: $70-80k + 6% annual bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management & Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of supply chain, production planning, inventory experience.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP).
• Principles and practices of demand planning and inventory control.
• Principles and practices of effective business communication; basic report writing methods and techniques; correct English usage, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Mathematics and general accounting.
• Pertinent Federal, State, and local laws, codes, and regulations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exercise discretion and independent judgment regarding demand and inventory planning responsibilities to meet business needs.
• Effectively organize, plan, and execute.
• Prepare clear, concise, and accurate correspondence, documents, reports, and other written materials.
• Effectively organize, plan, and execute.
• Identify, research, and analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, and project consequences of proposed actions.
• Multitask – managing several tasks at the same time.
• Communicate with multiple group levels within and outside in a professional manner.

Use computers and computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
