OICU, a FedEx ground contractor, is now hiring Full Time FedEx Delivery drivers in the Emporia, Va area.

Pay: $115 per day during training; $140 per day after training.

Delivery drivers will be operating out of the Emporia, VA terminal and will be making deliveries to local residences and businesses South of Emporia to Franklin VA.

Our drivers will be operating Box Trucks

CDL License is NOT required!!!

Schedules - Monday - Saturday

• 9:00am dispatch time until delivery completion.
• Stops per day: 100+
• Paid by the day: $115 per day during training; $140 per day after training.
• Station is open six days per week. Work schedule is four to five days per week up to 40 hours.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Must live within 30 minutes of the FedEx terminal
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• 1 Year of Verifiable Driving Experience for a job in the past 3 years
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by FedEx!)
• No felonies / violent misdemeanors or drug-related misdemeanors in the last 10 years.
• Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs. with assistance of a hand truck
• Must have box truck driving experience

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Arrive at the FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
• Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
• Delivering packages to the destination
• Scanning and Logging Packages
