Position Mission: The primary functions of this position are to establish and maintain good relations with NAPA customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner. This person must also check invoices to ensure that the parts ordered were correctly pulled for delivery to the customer. The delivery driver must account for cash on COD (Collect On-Delivery) orders and maintain an accurate, detailed delivery log.
Responsibilities:

• Must be able to load and unload vehicles as required.
• Drive delivery vehicle to transport products to Commercial customers, including the loading and unloading of parts.
• Ensure products are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional demeanor, conduct, and appearance.
• Assist with daily cleaning of the store to provide a safe working environment.
• Properly maintain company vehicle(s) and take the necessary steps to report vehicle maintenance issues.
• Ensure that company vehicle is kept clean and presentable.
• Provide support to customers, co-workers and managers as requested.
• Participate in on-going training and safety programs.
• Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative and constructive manner.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
