Table Tops Event Rentals LLC is a family-owned and operated business seeking full time-part-time (30-35 hours week) Friday-Monday delivery driver/warehouse to join our team. We rent tables, chairs, china, linens, glassware, and similar items for weddings, family events and corporate events in Central Oregon.
Previous party rental experience is desired; however, we will offer training for all necessary skills.
The ideal candidate will have a clean drivers license and willingness to drive a box truck, is familiar with the local area, has good problem-solving skills and is detail oriented. - be a part of one of Bend’s oldest rental companies!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow printed delivery instructions generated by our rental software
- Safely operate, load and unload box trucks with tuck-away lifts
- Prep and count rentals upon delivery and pickup from our warehouse or clients' venues
- Set up of equipment: tables, chairs and more
- Additional responsibilities include cleaning, maintaining, and repairing equipment when needed
Candidates should possess:
- Driver's License (required)
- Ability to lift approximately 70 lbs.
- Friendliness and professionalism: our drivers interact with clients at event sites and private residences.
- A positive, team-driven attitude, a respect for company and clients' property, and understand the importance of time management.
Schedule:
- full time-Part-time 30-40 a week
- Weekend availability is required
- Evening availability is preferred, we pick up jobs late night from time to time
- Overtime available at time and a half pay.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
