New Hampshire Medical Supply in Temple Hills, MD is seeking a delivery driver/Jumper for immediate hire. This position will float between two locations (Temple Hills and NW DC) as a driver/jumper. This is a full-time position.

Job Duties:

• Reconciles order manifests to account for all orders
• Reconciles Item manifests to account for all items needed to be delivered that day
• Loads and unloads delivery vehicle
• Calls patients to inform of upcoming delivery; notifies patients when there is a delayed delivery
• Assembles and repairs medical equipment as needed prior to delivery
• Assembles equipment in patient's home and demonstrates proper usage
• Informs delivery manager when an item is out of stock
• Performs physical inventory counts in warehouse
• Unloads, unpacks, inspects, counts, and stores incoming supplies and equipment.
• Inspects delivery vehicle daily
• Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will perform all tasks with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in a friendly and customer service oriented manner. Navigational knowledge of DC and bordering Maryland regions is highly preferred.

Educational Requirements:

• High School or GED

Job Requirements:

- Valid driver's license

- Clear Background check

- Courteous customer service and oral communication skills

- Eagerness to learn; self-driven

- Scheduling flexibility between 8am-6pm daily Monday through Saturday shifts

- Mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

- Lifting/Moving items up to 100 lbs repetitively
