Delivery and Warehouse Team Member

We are seeking a person for a combination part-time driver and warehouse team member. Part of the role would be the delivery of quality products to our customers in the Twin Cities regional market and the other would be to pull parts for our warehouse staging areas. You will work independently and with members of the QC team, your manager, and other departments to ensure the completion of projects on schedule. You will communicate occasionally with members of our sales and production teams. This role uses critical thinking skills to inspect parts prior to shipment or delivery. This role has no weekend hours. Having a positive attitude and being a team player are important.

Expectations are for you to be to work on time and manage your warehouse or drive time effectively to get the job done. While performing the duties of this job, you will be required to load daily inventory on trucks and unload merchandise at drop-off sites. This requires that you stand, walk, and reach for parts, as well as stoop, kneel, or crouch. You will occasionally need to lift up to 75 pounds but will be given the appropriate tools to do so safely. You will complete required safety trainings, and work to promote and drive a culture of safety in the shop and on the road. Forklift experience would be a plus, but we are willing to train.

General Tasks:

• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions

Schedule:

• Full time 8 hour shift Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• Valid MN driver's license and good driving record
• Pre-employment drug screening & DOT physical exam
• Ability to drive vans, cube trucks and cab-over trucks
