Job Duties
- Supervises the Han-Dee Hugo's Deli establishment
- Trains workers in performance of duties
- Ensures sanitary standards are met
- Inventories food stock for the establishment
- Interviews, selects, and hires new employees
- Monitors budget, payroll records, and financials for the deli
- Investigates and resolves complaints regarding food quality and service.
