Decision Support Analyst
General Description
The Decision Support Analyst will provide quality analytical support to the VP of Investor Relations and the C-Suite. Additionally, the role will liaise with Financial Reporting, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Operations.
Education, Certifications, Licenses & Registrations
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business.
Experience
Minimum of two years relevant experience as an analyst or combination of education and experience.
Essential Duties
Support the business with insightful ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as requested. These special projects could involve market research, planning, financial modeling (1, 3, 5 years) and complex analysis to drive insights, strategies, and recommendations for the business to senior management. The ability to deal with a large number of variables is critical.
Help prepare reports for management and Board level presentations.
Contribute to improvements in the forecasting and reporting processes.
Compare actual results with forecast to analyze and identify areas of strengths, weakness and anomalies.
Effectively interact with other departments and reporting groups to ensure timely receipt of deliverables.
Review data contained in deliverables for accuracy and veracity. Challenge information received when inconsistencies arise and validate results.
Other duties as assigned.

Advanced Microsoft Excel (i.e., Pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions) and PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of business intelligence systems (i.e., Hyperion, Oracle Essbase, Power BI) is a plus.
Experience with EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and or FCCS (Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service) strongly preferred.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
