The Role at First Glance:

Site Coordinators in this role will provide our client, General Motors (GM), with high quality service onsite at their production plant in Spring Hill, TN. As a Site Coordinator you will be responsible for troubleshooting a variety of Atlas Copco hand tools, repairing these tools, conducting tool swaps and responding to Line Halt Calls on the production floor. You will also generate repair quotes and update our Tool Tracking system in this role.

What We Expect From You:

• Soft Skills:
  • Able to communicate effectively via phone, email and Microsoft Teams
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn new skills
  • Good organization and time management skills a plus
  • Customer Service experience preferred
• Technical Skills:
  • Desire to troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
  • Must be able to navigate a computer (Windows, locate files, send emails, data entry)
  • Able to read simple mechanical blueprints/diagrams for hand tools
  • Understanding of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
  • Experience repairing computer, cell phone or tablets a plus
  • Basic soldering experience a plus
