- Care Partner starting pay $19
- CRMA starting pay at $19.50
- Weekly paychecks
- 12-hour shifts – and three-day work weeks-4 days off!
- Housemate-to-care partner ratio of 4:1 (days) and 6:1 (nights)

- Paid CRMA certification opportunities – with corresponding pay increases upon certification
