Because of these and other innovations within our business we are eagerly seeking an individual to fill the role of Data & Agent Support Specialist at our West Point, Nebraska office. The ideal candidate for this position will find fulfillment and success in helping other team members resolve issues and complete tasks in order to produce exemplary service for each and every customer we encounter. The DASS will assist our team in managing deadlines for sales, production, and claim reporting with the utmost integrity and confidentiality. This position will be the main connection between the data entry and sales team so clear communication and acute attention to detail will be nonnegotiable skills for success.
