Duties include but are not limited to:
- Works with property management offices to maintain updated database of condominium document packages.
- Utilizes various applications to organize, compile and send document packages and process credit card payments.
- Runs daily reports on online payment processing terminal.
- Works with Accounting Department to prepare reports and track daily reconciliation.
- Answers phone calls, process orders, notify clients for outgoing packages.
- Communicates with clients and team members frequently via phone, email, text and Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinates inventory of essential supplies for the department.
- Actively participates in weekly meetings and daily briefings.
- Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with continuous time deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people individually and as a versatile team player. Possess the ability to handle difficult or demanding clients.
Requirements:
- Technically proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point) and other computer applications.
- Minimum 1 year of general office experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $18.46 per hour
