A Merchandising and Vendor Support Specialist at Zulily supports teams within the Merchandising organization, vendors, and other departments by performing several manual-based tasks while ensuring high-quality results in a production environment.

Your Impact
- Manage, process, and enter data relevant to the successful launch of vendor events
- Comparison Shopping by manually searching internal and external platforms
- Upload vendor information using multiple internal tools and platforms
- Audit tasks to confirm our customer service level is met
- Communicate both verbally and written with internal partners or vendors to work through process issues
- Search, download, and import vendor images from vendor websites
- Compile and report vendor data that can affect customer purchases
- Meet productivity and quality targets
What You Bring
- Associate degree or equivalent in relative work experience
- An advanced understanding of MS Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Comfortable communicating among several business teams
- Strong sense of accuracy
- Adapt to new processes with support and training
