This Opportunity

Louis Berger Services is currently seeking a full-time Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate is organized with an eye for detail and possesses excellent communication and computer skills.

Your Impact

• Input information from customers, clients, and internal personnel to maintain and close work orders
• Input data received from project personnel into work order system
• Ensure data is correct, complete, and professionally organized in the work order
• Resolve deficiencies within a timely manner
• File and upload physical documents as it relates to work orders and 3rd Party Claims
• Investigate and obtain additional information as requested by the 3rd Party Claims Department and input into the work order system
• Establish entry priorities
• Send out reminders for work orders that require additional information to be closed such as quantities, description of work, materials, personnel, photos, etc.
• Answer telephone calls and emails as directed by management
• Performs other duties as assigned

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of data entry or related office experience
• Minimum two years customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Average typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and be detail oriented
• Ability and willingness to work closely with others and departments
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date
