JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Data Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extreme attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
REPORTS TO: Director of Technology
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate, collect and manage data using various systems- Provide support and training for end users of the student information system
- Gather required data and submit accurate reports to comply with the Indiana Department of Education requirements
- Assist co-workers with the proper entry of data
- Communicate with co-workers to resolve any data inconsistencies and/or errors
- Prepare reports as requested by the administration
- Attend training and conferences related to data reporting
- Assist with student registration and keeping registration updated each school year
- Assist with maintenance of data on student assessments and test scores
- Assist with integration of other web-based software with the student information system
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the data coordinator position
- Maintain a high standard of ethics, respecting the confidential nature of the data encountered
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Two hundred twenty (220) days at a salary determined by the Board off School Trustees
EVALUATION
According to the approved Classified Evaluation Program.
