Brown & Brown, Inc. is looking for an Data Consultant to join our Employee Benefits Technology team! This is an entry-level support role and is 100% remote. High engagement training will be provided upon hire.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Gather and analyze data
- Provide reports
- Escalated contact for project difficulties, hurdles, etc.
- Overall review of deliverables, review with Client success and Implementation Consultants prior to presentations and ensuing modifications
- Develops relationships with client contacts as appropriate
- Assist with special projects
- Perform other duties, as needed
Core Competencies:
- Creativity and the ability to solve problems including via alternative methods when roadblocks are encountered
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Stay abreast with industry trends, with overall goal of increasing client understanding
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Associates or bachelor’s degree
- Additional designations (GBA, CEBS, etc.)
- Participates in carrier-provided informational sessions as scheduled
- At least 1 year of Account Manager or/and Employee Benefits experience
