You Will:

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals across the Information Technology (IT) and Critical Environment (CE) spectrums.
• Support the deployment of on-site data center physical infrastructures.
• Hands on with:
  • Windows Server OS Support
  • Physical cabling, parts/component replacement
  • Physical hardware troubleshooting
• Spare part cycle count audits
• Logistics/Warehouse Support (Sending/Receiving)
• Handle storage media/Data Bearing Device (DBD) Reconcile/Physical Audits
• Basic Server (Discrete/Rack-based) repair following documented procedures
• Fiber Link Cleaning
• MS Asset updates/auditing
• Middle of Rack (MOR) buildout
• Data-bearing Device shredding
• Perform power cycles
• RMA processing & Coordination with Logistics Team
• Perform Troubleshooting and swap out failed components
• Installation of software and firmware updates.
• Receive logical and physical hardware into system
• Scope, test, QC, and troubleshoot power, cable connections

Job Description:

• Execute work-orders via ticketing queues and systems in a fast-paced environment – leveraging your broad range of skills in support of deployment tasks for these state-of-the-art server and network hardware platforms built on cutting edge, datacenter industry designs and infrastructure.
• Deliver post-deployment focused contributor when required.
• Participate with inventory, spare, cable, and related asset management tasks, in sensitive internal High Business Impact (HBI) environments; enabling external compliance and regulatory audit preparation.
• Providing excellent customer service, (via your mature interpersonal awareness, and communication skills) to bring your technical and deployment abilities to life, while supporting company goals and vision.

Overview: 12 hour shifts, 3-4 times per week

Shift: 1st Shift 6:00am-6:00pmCT or 3rd Shift 6:00pm-6:00amCT.

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

or

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Equipment & Supplies

• Eyes: ANSI, CE, or EN approved Safety Glasses with side shields.
• Hands: Level 5 cut/abrasion/impact- resistant gloves.
• Feet: Steel or composite reinforced boots with 6inch minimum ankle coverage.
• Protective Masks: Must have a cloth or N95 mask on at all times. Bandanas, scarfs, neck gaiters/warmers are not acceptable onsite.
