• BIICS, Inc is looking to fill a Data Warehouse Analyst position. The position is located in Orlando, Florida with the option of onsite, hybrid or remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Provides data warehouse architectural design, development and support in multi-platform environments.
• Responsible for prototyping solutions, preparing test scripts, and conducting tests and for data replication, extraction, loading, cleansing, and data modeling for data warehouses.
• Deliver and lead consulting engagements in-person and via web conference for assigned clients regarding new and modifications to existing Qlik app development
• Take ownership of testing and evaluation of new Qlik applications and their implementation to each Division to meet Division requests
• Maintains knowledge of software tools, languages, scripts, and shells that effectively support the data warehouse environment in different operating system environments

Potential candidate must possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years of IT work experience in business intelligence tools and systems
• Experience with Qlik, relational database, data warehouse and data modeling concepts
• Understands the methodologies and technologies that depict the flow of data within and between technology systems and business functions/operations
• Possesses working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and data warehouse front-end tools
• Must have an extensive knowledge of virtual data mart, data modeling and data visualization in Qlik Sense Enterprise
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
• Able to multi-task and refocus based on changing priorities while meeting all deadlines assigned
• Able to communicate effectively and patiently with both customers and employees
• Experience with state agencies or government entities, preferred
