Key Objectives
The Data Analyst will work with various departments to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes and procedures. They will create and monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement. They will provide analytical support through a combination of data modeling, data analysis, process mapping and problem analysis. They will work collaboratively with stakeholders, departments/function and teams to support creation and delivery of capacity and to optimize product flow. They will manage and analyze multiple data systems to create high-level business production plans and forecast production capacity. They will understand upcoming customer demand requirements and collaborate with the production schedulers to accurately understand current and future capacity constraints. They will perform capacity scenario planning of current and future state based on demand to support business objectives. They will manage and maintain the capacity models for all assigned manufacturing areas. They will identify short- and long-term manpower and work center constraints through regular capacity reviews.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the Sales & Operations Planning process
- Work with various departments to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes and procedures.
- Create and monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Provide analytical support through a combination of data modeling, data analysis, process mapping and problem analysis.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, departments/function and teams to support creation and delivery of capacity and to optimize product flow.
- Manage and analyze multiple data systems to create high-level business production plans and forecast production capacity.
- Understand upcoming project demand requirements and collaborate with the production schedulers to accurately understand current and future capacity constraints.
- Perform capacity scenario planning of current and future state based on demand to support business objectives.
- Manage and maintain the capacity models for all assigned manufacturing areas.
- Identify short- and long-term manpower and work center constraints through regular capacity reviews.
- Create and maintain ad hoc reports for people at various levels within the organization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering from an accredited institution
- 3-5 years + experience in Demand Planning or Data Analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced Power BI skills
- This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
