Position:

As a customer support/success specialist, you will provide a first-class support, onboarding, training, and quality assurance to ensure the success of our customers and partners:

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Quickly respond and address all incoming tickets

· Resolves questions or problems over email and remote login support

· Interfaces with developers, sales team and accounting as needed

· Problem solve customers’ accounting needs as pertains to FMS’ software

· Keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved

· Help our new customers onboard as quickly and efficiently as possible

· Nurture, build & strengthen customer relationships

· Engage existing customers on new products and features

· Participate in quality assurance for new features and products.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:

· Ability to problem solve quickly in a dynamic environment

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Must be clearly understood over the phone to provide customer support

· Excellent attention to detail and quality

· Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping skills is essential

· Comfortable with cloud-based technologies and use of databases

· Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

· Proactive and self-directed

· Must be willing to work in office in person for at least 1styear then hybrid availability could be discussed

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions

Work Experience

Associated work experience in the following areas is an added plus:

· 1 - 3 years’ experience in customer success or technical support is required

· Technical documentation writing (e.g. online help and FAQ) is a major plus

· Accounting/Bookkeeping knowledge is favored

Compensation and Benefits
