Job brief
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with ordering our products. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our customers’ trust. Ultimately, you will help continue our great reputation as a company that offers high quality toys with excellent customer support.
Job Responsibilities
- Order entry,
- Handling inbound customer calls queries via phone or emails,
- Making outbound customer sales calls via phone and email,
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features on our website,
- Reporting product sales,
- Management of trade show info and contacts,
- Management of our Amazon sale site day to day operations,
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance,
- Gather customer feedback and share information with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role preferred,
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (ie, Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint),
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
- Multi-tasking abilities,
- High diploma or GED required. Undergraduate degree a plus.
