About the position:
This position will require the ideal candidate to become a product expert and take ownership of customer issues elevating concerns as necessary. The ideal candidate will be willing to answer phone calls and emails to assist customers with any training or issues of the software.

Position Type: Full-time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday (In-Office).
Responsibilities include:
- Responds to the needs of clients and build positive relationships by providing accurate information and timely responses.
- Assisting customers via phone, email, screen share and online chat
- Host training sessions via Zoom (or other screen sharing software)
- Actively contributes to improve clients’ satisfaction by analyzing client needs and concerns.
- Provide information regarding available products and services. This includes reinforcing value, increasing customer utilization of products, promoting education, and providing training.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Experience with Google Apps
