Working with Customers, our Sales team management and Technical support staff. Customer Warranty Support Services includes:
- Help Desk Customer Service
- Take Customer service orders for extended warranty support by phone / Email
- Route requests through needed support channels
- Order entry into invoicing & inventory management system
- Work internally with technical support staff to fulfill customers warranty support needs
- Work externally with vendors to monitor and request repairs and repair status
Customer Sales Support Service includes:
- Work internally with sales and sales support team to :
- Provide outstanding customer service before and after a sale
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Enter and process sales orders for customers
- Coordinate quick and effectively to answer client & customers questions
- Communicate with vendors and work with purchasing to create and schedule vendor purchase orders and drop ships etc.
- Manage and maintain customer records associated with sales
- Communicate and monitor customer order statuses internally and to customers
- Communicate with Management of issues and resolutions to provide better customer service
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the business.
Technical
- Windows Operating System
- Strong computer knowledge/proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Dynamics experience helpful.
General
- High School Diploma or GED - REQUIRED
- Computer literacy - Windows, Microsoft Office Suite
- 3-5 years of previous experience with Supply Chain/Inventory Control & Sales Support
- Possess excellent data entry skills and customer service skills with the ability to grasp extensive knowledge while dealing with a variety of people
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks, and identifying alternative solutions or approaches
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Time Management skills
Human Relations
- Self-motivated, with an ability to self-manage
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
