Join our growing family as an Customer Support Associate at our Furniture Mart USA Corporate Office in Sioux Falls, SD! Make a positive difference by building an excellent customer experience with our online shoppers and developing a loyal customer base. The Customer Support Associate will manage and process online sales, as well as engage with online customers through online chat, email and inbound phone calls.
- Full-Time (40 hrs/wk): Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm + Alternating Weekends
- Competitive Wage
- Provide an enjoyable and engaging experience with our online shoppers throughout their buying journey
- Communicate with online customers through online chat, email, and inbound phone calls
- Manage internet sales
- Respond to online inquiries in a timely and friendly fashion
- Stay up to date on available merchandise
- Input order entries
- Monitor inbound product inventory on purchase orders to coordinate timely delivery to the customer
- Schedule furniture deliveries
- Report to the Digital Director and work directly with customers and fellow team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check prior to starting work
- Proficient computer and website navigation skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills through a variety of channels
