About the Role:
Custom Glass Solutions is seeking a talented individual to join our Customer Service Team! This position requires an extremely perceptive person who possess the ability to relate to customers at all levels. As unique situations present themselves the successful candidate must be sensitive to customer needs, corporate goals and company reputation. The Customer Support Assistant will interface with multiple areas of the business including accounting, customer service, management and operations. This position will primarily be remote (work from home) based out of our Worthington, OH location.
  • Are you willing to work between the hours of 8:00am-7:00pm M-F; part-time, up to 25 hours per week?
  • Are you a reliable self-starter who enjoys working independently from home?
  • A successful candidate will be available to spend approximately 3 weeks training onsite in our Worthington, OH office location, before transitioning to working from home.
  • Do you have a minimum of 3 years customer service, receptionist or call center experience?
  • Can you answer and/or route customer calls and emails to the appropriate department while processing insurance claims?
  • Are you able to multi-task between different programs and tasks, while using a dual-monitor system?
  • Can you employ accurate data entry and coordinate activities with both internal and external customers?
You will succeed in this position if you:
  • Demonstrate high energy level and the drive to proactively execute all customer support related duties in a dynamic business environment.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Express ability to effectively multitask in a fast and ever-changing work environment.
  • Demonstrate commitment to professional and ethical standards including sound judgement and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Possess proficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365 suit.
