Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Success Specialist is an entry-level customer-facing role responsible for supporting our Brands in partnership with Customer Success Managers assigned to specific accounts. The Customer Success Specialist will become a platform expert and will provide hands-on support to brands and Customer Success Managers. As a team member on accounts, they will participate in internal and client meetings, bring creative ideas and problem solving to the table, and increasingly take on more responsibilities within accounts. The right candidate will also contribute to our Promoboxx Industry Content, drive insights and share them across our organization, and support customer and product marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer meetings, and support the creation of presentations for the meetings with the goal of presenting material as confidence and knowledge increase
• Assist brands in campaign creation that meet and exceed company and customer goals
• Build custom brand reports and analyze metrics based on customer KPIs
• Create monthly newsletters and campaign digests to increase brand awareness and performance
• Advise brands on campaign, platform, and digital marketing best practices
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Onboarding and Support to ensure campaign success throughout customer lifecycle
• Provide brand insight and product feedback to to Product and Engineering teams
• Support internal Promoboxx marketing initiatives; Social Marketing, Email Marketing + Product Marketing
• Brainstorm and develop Promoboxx Industry Content for our Retailers

Qualifications

• Entry Level Position - Bachelor’s degree, required
• Strong analytical abilities, including analyzing data sets through multiple tools including Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ambition and proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt and problem solve when necessary
• Interact and influence at a variety of levels and backgrounds
• Efficient and organized with high attention to detail
• Articulate and charismatic with strong work ethic and communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work and collaborate with a team
