RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the trusted advisor role in building genuine relationships to broaden full feature utilization across various customer skillset levels.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally from entry-level support personal to the developers.
  • Educate the customers in reaching ongoing success that helps them meet their critical goals or other KPIs when using Maid Central.
  • Diverse in nature, primary duties include customer engagement, onboarding, satisfaction, and education.
  • Remote collaboration with the internal team, operating during EST business hours.
  • Participate in virtual and onsite industry-related events throughout the year.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • (3) or more years of experience in a related field or SaaS solution.
  • Recent experience in working with small to medium businesses; extra points awarded to those that have worked in or around home services.
  • Excellent documentation and communicative skillsets are vital to your success.
  • Technically inclined, web-savvy, and expert-level computer use is necessary.
  • The most qualified candidate is analytical, detail-oriented and, process-driven.
  • Real-time remote collaboration and team engagement is the differentiator.
  • Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use
  • Prior experience in a technical Customer Success capacity or equivalent is necessary, with history driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
