Job Title: Customer Success Manager

North Carolina Territories (Durham/Wake/Orange Counties)

What you will be doing: CSM-

● Develop and manage partner relationships in order to boost satisfaction, increase adoption, and ensure retention.

● Establish a strategic/trusted advisor relationship with the customer through product expertise, customer service, and consultative skills, to drive continued value of clients products and services.

● Attain account growth goals, matching additional products or services with appropriate customers, educating customers on all offered products and services.

● Keep accurate records of all partner information and communication in CRM system.

● Participate in team campaigns, following up with targeted customers to reach goals.

● Create individual campaigns, targeting partners based off specific metrics tracked in the CRM system.

● Communicate between our partners and the Ops team, document customer requests appropriately.

● Represent the Company and team at industry conferences, meet with customers and prospective customers in person to discuss the Company and products, gather feedback.

● Generate referral leads for the Sales team through partner networks and relationship building Core Characteristics:

● Accountability to yourself, customer outcome and our client

● Expertise in SaniGLAZE Processes and Resinous Coatings

● Able to handle a fast-paced high-stress environment with compressed deadlines.

● Able to exercise independent judgment and decision making to manage multiple customers, sales staff and/or projects with attention to detail.

● Effective communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written

● Demonstrate strong organizational skills, be detailed oriented

● Interact with internal and external personnel at all position levels and including affiliated companies.

Compensation Program :

● Salary

● Commission/Incentive Programs available after 90 days of employment

● Pay 50 % of Health Insurance up to $500 per month after 90 days of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Commercial Flooring: 2 years (Preferred)
  • SaniGLAZE: 2 years (Preferred)
  • B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred)
