Compensation Range: 54400 to 68200

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

Coordinate and execute administrative and supportive account, sales and service activities. Handle questions, complaints, and requests from customers, within company policies and procedures, in order to support the unit in realizing commercial objectives and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively via telephone, email, and mail.
  • Process domestic and international ing sales orders, ensuring accuracy of the information provided and initiating communication necessary to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Provide total support to field locations and manufacturing facilities on inquiries in order to obtain a resolution of issues and have the ability to understand manufacturing process, production planning, sales, and financial effort.
  • This position will have no supervisory responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years account/customer service experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field

General Job Requirements

  • This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
  • Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.
