Our Customer Service Specialist (CSS) helps keep us connected with our parents through email, text, phone, and in-person communications. They are known for their bright, cheerful personalities, their exceptional written and verbal communication skills, their desire to listen and understand the needs of our parents and their children, and their ability to help families learn about our programs and make the best choice for their child. It is their confident friendly personality that helps parents feel safe and comfortable bringing their children to Snapology.

New Customer Service team members are excited to master the training for our programs so they can confidently recommend the best option for each family to meet the needs and desires they have for their children. Not every minute of a CSS’s day is spent with customers. They are also a difference-maker to the team because organization is their jam. They help our programs run smoothly by creating essential communications about programs, answering phone inquiries and booking programs, replying to email and text communications, checking children in and out, recording and entering data, capturing amazing in-program photographs, and managing photos and documents – allowing our teaching staff to focus on what they do best - leading our top-notch STEM programs.
