Roll & Hill is seeking a resourceful and solution-oriented individual to be a part of our customer service team. As a member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for post-sale service, and becoming a product advocate and expert. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the needs of the luxury goods consumer, resolving after-sale issues as the liaison between the customer, sales and our production team.

Responsibilities include:

• Broad and complete knowledge of all products
• Work closely with each department to resolve customer questions and issues
• Data entry and processing of purchase orders
• Prepare estimates and answer pricing or product inquiries
• Order management, maintaining contact throughout the supply chain, including shipping and after-sales, and providing customers updates on their orders
• Assist and execution of all strategic growth

Requirements:

• Experience working with customer accounts
• Experience in the design or lighting industry is preferred
• Experience with customer service in a manufacturing setting

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, and 1 - 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the design or home furnishings industries. A background in luxury retail or wholesale is highly desirable.
